The first Nelson Lake we visited was Lake Rotoiti.
We almost had the entire lake to ourselves. We had to share it with a bunch of ducks.
One of the ducks decides to investigate.
The other Nelson Lake we visited was Lake Rotorua. I had a slight sense of deja vu since the North Island also has a Lake Rotorua.
The ducks here weren't too interested in us, though.
Some marsh grasses lined one side of the lake.
